Return & Replacement Policy – Inika Jewels

At Inika Jewels, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns/Replacement

  • We accept returns/Replacement only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • To be eligible, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings

3. Return/Replacement Process

To request a return/Replacement, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the issue

4. Replacement

We offer Replacement only for damaged or wrong products, subject to availability.

If Same Product Not Available, We will Arrange Refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued via:
Original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

6. Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately.
  • Kindly review your order details before completing the purchase.

7. Important Note

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Disclaimer:

We, at Inika Jewels, make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Even then, Sometimes Product color may slightly vary due to lighting. 

We don't provide any warranty for the products on the website unless otherwise stated. The product's color totally depends on your maintenance.

Please Note - 

* Earring back stems come bent from the factory Sometimes, as they tend to get damaged in transit. They can be straightened manually. This is not a product defect.

* Stones or beads falling out can't be considered as damage, as they can be easily fixed.

 * For every lot we get from the manufacturing unit, sometimes there is slight changes in the design & Size of the Product.
